libgeographic-dbg software package provides C++ library to solve some geodesic problems -- debugging symbols, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgeographic-dbg
libgeographic-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgeographic-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgeographic-dbg *
You will get with libgeographic-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
